Members have significant experience in contentious and non-contentious information technology law, advising on computer contracts and IT/telecoms procurement, both from the point of view of the IT/telecoms supplier and the IT/telecoms customer. This includes substantial litigation concerning negligent advice on the design and configuration of computer systems, and supply of defective computer equipment and computer software.

Members also offer advice on contracts, litigation and non-contentious work, with a particular focus on e-commerce.
